Specifically designed for RE marketing floor plans include all room dimensions, carefully detailed kitchen & bathrooms including appliances and built-in furnishings. Attached garages, mechanical rooms, decks, patios, exterior stairs etc are also measured and drawn as standard. Option to include attics, crawlspaces, storage sheds or other additional significant areas.

AREA CALCULATIONS

GFA (Gross Floor Area) calculations can be ordered as an addition to basic floor plans. We meticulously measure and draft your property in order to accurately calculate the actual as-built livable and non-liveable areas. Separate breakdowns are provided for garages, mechanical rooms, unfinished, under-height or other deducted areas (such as stairwells and open to below areas) and exterior walls are included - following RMOW guidelines.

Our GFA floor plans come with shaded overlays so it’s 100% clear what's counted, deducted, or classified as additional or non-livable space allowing you to be confident in the accuracy of your listing information.

Please note: Non-conforming spaces cannot be identified from site visits and will not be broken out of the area totals or noted unless specifically instructed by the client.
